Returns Policy

At Lishva Solutions Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 5 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided with the return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lishvasolutions.com within 5 days of receiving your product to obtain return instructions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 4 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

All orders are processed within 2 business days after your order is placed. Please note that this processing time is separate from shipping times.
