About Pictures

Difference in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the light, background etc. However, if you believe that the items received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return is possible.

About Shipping

After payment of your order, We will sent out the parcel within 3 work days excepted Holidays. About the shipping time, you need to check in advance for information on delivery time to your country.

About Return

In case of the defective items or wrong items that you got, we will resend or refund to you.

Customers must inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 2 work days if anything is missing or damaged. We do not refund the shipping fee on returns that are non-defective.

Within 14 days after receipt, you can return back the item. Buyers are responsible for shipping charge to return the items.

About Tax

You are subjected to the imported taxes, custom fees which maybe imposed by your local custom office. We are not able to inform you the due fee as it is various from countries and items.

Receive Address

Write your full name and house number in your shipping address when you make an order because Russia have a new rule now, post office will not dispatch parcels to you if you don’t write full name. Lastly we don’t assume responsibility.
